A contract opportunity is available for a Teacher of the Visually Impaired providing telehealth services. This role supports K-12 students and requires delivering specialized instruction tailored to the needs of visually impaired learners.
Location: Hartwell, GA
Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia License for a Teacher of the Visually Impaired
- Experience working with visually impaired students
- Ability to deliver telehealth instruction effectively
- Strong communication and technology skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support for visually impaired students via telehealth
- Assess student needs and develop individualized educational strategies
- Collaborate with educators and families to enhance student learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and respond to program requirements
Schedule and Hours:
- Approximately 6-7 hours per month
- One day per week
