Qualifications:
- Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)

- Understanding of Braille, assistive technology, and accessibility tools
- Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and individualized planning
- Commitment to promoting inclusive educational experiences for students with visual impairments
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with visual impairments
- Deliver direct and consultative services in a variety of classroom settings
- Teach Braille, utilize tactile learning materials, and introduce assistive technology as appropriate
- Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
