Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts TVI license required
- Previous professional experience within a school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and specialized support to K-12 students identified with visual impairments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Advocate for accessibility accommodations, adaptive technology, and curricular modifications
- Consult with classroom teachers and staff to deliver effective educational strategies
- Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation to support student growth
- Communicate regularly with families to ensure supportive, consistent educational experiences
