Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid teaching certification in Visual Impairment, or eligibility for state certification
  • Prior experience working with students who are blind or visually impaired
  • Strong knowledge of braille, assistive technology, and adaptive instructional materials
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:
