Job Description

A full-time opportunity is available for a Teacher of the Visually Impaired in the Norfolk, VA area, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position runs from August 2025 through May 2026 and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a public school setting focused on supporting students with visual impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction and support tailored to students with visual impairments

  • Preparedness to participate in situational interviews and make prompt decisions

The position entails a 37.5-hour workweek and supports placements in Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Suffolk, VA. Immediate interview availability is desired, with offer decisions typically made within 24-48 hours.
