This assignment spans from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a steady 37.5-hour workweek. Youll work across 2-3 education centersNorth, South, and Westserving diverse learners. Qualifications:

  • Required licensure as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
  • Experience teaching or supporting students with vision-related disabilities
  • Comfort working with students who may have secondary or tertiary disabilities, including severe behavioral or physical challenges
  • Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Flexibility and adaptability across multiple school sites
  • Compassion, resilience, and a patient approach with every learner

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instructional support to a caseload of 25-30 students
  • Adapt materials to maximize access for students with visual impairments and multiple disabilities
  • Collaborate with education staff, family members, and other service providers
  • Participate in IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Maintain accurate records and advocate for student needs
