Qualifications:
- Certification as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI/BVI)
- Experience working with students with visual impairments; background with severe behavioral and physical disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and resilience in dynamic educational settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction and support to a caseload of 10-15 students in one building
- Work MondayThursday, 8:45am12:45pm (20 hours/week), from June 8 through August 4
- Develop and adapt curriculum for students with high behavioral and physical needs (Setting 4) in ESY programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized educational plans
