Job Description

This opportunity is for a Teachers for the Visually Impaired position located in Lawrence, MA. This contract role offers flexibility for full-time or part-time hours and runs from ASAP through June 18, 2026. The position is onsite only.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Active Visually Impaired (VI) Teacher License or Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (MA DOE) License
  • Successful completion of the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure (MTELs)
  • Experience working with visually impaired students in a school setting

Responsibilities will involve delivering specialized instruction tailored to the needs of visually impaired students. Additional details regarding daily duties will be provided. As a VI Teacher, you will play a critical role in fostering independence and academic growth for students with visual impairments.
