Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience conducting functional vision assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Ability to adapt curriculum materials and teaching techniques to meet diverse needs
  • Strong communication skills to engage with students, educators, and families
  • Compassion, patience, and a dedication to inclusive educational practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students visual abilities and create tailored teaching strategies to enhance their learning experience
  • Deliver specialized instruction in reading, writing, orientation, and mobility skills
