This position is for a Visually Impaired Teacher to support students in a school setting located in Gainesville, GA. The opportunity offers part-time work for the current school year, transitioning to full-time for the next school year, with a contract duration from March 2026 through May 20, 2026.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing individual student cases efficiently
- Providing both direct and indirect therapy services tailored to students' needs
- Tracking and documenting student progress comprehensively
The caseload consists of 7 students spanning elementary and middle school levels, requiring specialized instruction and support.
Qualifications for this role:
- Valid Teacher of the Visually Impaired license issued in Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with visually impaired students
