Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a qualified Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for a school-based opportunity near Fayetteville, North Carolina, for the upcoming 20262027 school year. We are looking for a compassionate and collaborative educator who is passionate about supporting students with visual impairments and helping them succeed academically and independently.

Position Details:
Full-time opportunity for the 20262027 school year
School-based setting
Collaborate with special education staff, related service providers, families, and district teams
Provide direct and consultative TVI services to students with visual impairments
Assist with IEP development, accommodations, and student support plans


Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction based on students visual and educational needs
Support students with assistive technology and adaptive learning materials
Conduct assessments and maintain appropriate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration


Qualifications:
Active North Carolina TVI License/Certification
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
