Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Colorado TVI certification required
• Experience collaborating with school teams to support students with visual impairments
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and consultative services to 1-2 students in K-8th grade
• Deliver services one day per week (one hour total) as outlined in each students IEP
• Assess students functional vision and learning needs
• Adapt curriculum materials and environments to accommodate student abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to ensure comprehensive support
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed records to inform ongoing services
