Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver instructional programs for students with visual impairments across various grade levels
• Conduct specialized assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to ensure accessibility and inclusivity
• Adapt classroom materials and provide specialized instruction in Braille, orientation and mobility, and use of assistive technology
• Monitor student progress and document services provided in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training related to vision services
