Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Travel Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for school-based assignments for the 20262027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to travel while providing specialized instructional support to students with visual impairments across school settings.

Position Details
Location: Nationwide Travel (Assignment locations vary)
Schedule: Full-Time | School-Based
School Year: 20262027
Setting: K12 School Environments
Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction for students who are visually impaired
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Teach compensatory skills, braille instruction, and adaptive technology use
Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Support student independence and access to curriculum across school settings
Maintain documentation and progress monitoring for student goals
Qualifications
Active Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) certification required
Experience in school-based settings preferred
Strong knowledge of braille, assistive technology, and accessibility supports
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Willingness to travel to assigned school locations
