Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) licensed in Minnesota to provide virtual services to students in a school-based setting. Responsibilities
- Provide virtual instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Assess student needs and develop individualized educational plans and goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers.
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the implementation of accommodations and modifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district requirements.
- Support students' language, communication, and academic development in a virtual environment.
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) license/certification required.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Knowledge of special education procedures and IEP processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
- Ability to effectively deliver services through a virtual platform.
