A school district in South Lyon, MI is seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing to provide specialized educational support to students with hearing impairments. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by tailoring instruction to meet the unique needs of these learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) focused on auditory and communication skills.
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to accommodate hearing loss and promote student achievement.
