Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Standard Professional Certificate required
• Completed Deaf/Hard of Hearing (K-12) Endorsement
• IVP Fingerprint Card (must be current)
• Experience or formal training in deaf education strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite; virtual candidates may be considered pending review
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering direct instruction based on individual student goals
• Developing and implementing IEPs for deaf and hard of hearing students
• Utilizing evidence-based strategies and appropriate technology to support communication and academic growth
• Collaborating with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure students needs are met
• Maintaining accurate documentation of student progress
