Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) for a school-based position near San Tan Valley, AZ. This role involves supporting students with hearing impairments by providing specialized instruction, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with school staff and families to promote student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative services to students with hearing impairments
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Monitor student progress and maintain documentation

Requirements:

  • Valid Arizona TDHH certification or eligibility
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
