This opportunity seeks a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing to support students in a school setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
• Provide direct instruction and support in language, auditory, and speech development

• Use a variety of teaching methods and assistive technologies to enhance learning
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

• Certified Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing or equivalent certification
• Experience working with students who have hearing impairments
• Knowledge of auditory-oral, total communication, and other instructional methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
