Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize assistive technologies and communication strategies to enhance learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adapting teaching methods as needed.
• Promote an inclusive environment fostering social and emotional growth.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certification or licensure for teaching students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of instructional strategies specific to hearing loss and communication modes such as American Sign Language and oral methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to student-centered teaching and advocacy.
