What Were Looking For:
- Valid certification as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing
- Previous experience working with school-aged students who are deaf or hard of hearing is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of language acquisition, auditory development, and customized instructional strategies
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to students' diverse needs and educational settings
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored lesson plans for deaf/hard of hearing students based on individual education programs (IEPs)

- Serve as an advocate, helping students and families navigate academic, communication, and technology resources
