Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing, utilizing individualized strategies
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, interpreters, and support staff to ensure accommodations and modifications are in place
• Engage with families and caregivers to offer guidance, progress updates, and resources
• Maintain accurate documentation, assessments, and participate in team meetings
• Serve as an advocate for students rights and needs, fostering self-advocacy skills
