Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia Educator Certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) required
• Experience teaching students who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing in school settings preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills necessary, including comfort with maintaining daily service logs
• Flexibility to work at multiple school buildings as needed
• Passion for fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instructional and support services to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to help students achieve educational goals
• Maintain timely and accurate daily logs of all services rendered
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and planning sessions
• Maintain clear communication with school teams across buildings
