An opportunity is available for a skilled Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to support students in an educational setting in Birmingham, AL. This contract position involves working closely with students who have hearing impairments, providing specialized instruction, and adapting learning environments to meet their unique needs. The role requires expertise in auditory and visual communication methods, individualized education planning, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification or licensure in teaching students who are deaf or hard of hearing
