Job Description

An opportunity is available for an experienced Teacher specializing in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education within an Atlanta-based school. This contract position seeks a dedicated professional to support students with hearing impairments, providing tailored instruction and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with hearing loss.
  • Use specialized teaching methods and assistive technology to support student learning.
  • Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other educational professionals.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
