Key Qualifications:

  • State certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education
  • Experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
  • Strong understanding of various communication methods, including ASL, auditory/oral, and cued speech
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual needs
  • Comfortable using assistive technologies in the classroom

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver specialized lessons that address the unique learning needs of students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
