Make a difference by supporting students as a Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing in a welcoming school environment. This part-time contract position offers the chance to provide personalized instruction to K-12 students, working directly with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Youll collaborate with passionate educators and engage with students in a meaningful, focused manner.

Key Qualifications:
- Current DHH Educator certification is required.
- Experience supporting K-12 students with varying hearing needs preferred.
- Basic understanding of IEP processes and documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support to students with hearing impairments, in line with their IEPs.
- Provide instruction for 1 to 1.5 hours each day, Tuesday through Friday.
- Develop strategies to address educational goals.
- Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with school staff and families regarding student needs and successes.
- Maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment onsite.
