Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching credential
• Previous experience supporting students with a range of learning differences
• Deep understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

• Flexibility and responsiveness to shifting classroom dynamics

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction and interventions tailored to diverse learning needs
• Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Implement strategies to foster growth in academic, social, and behavioral domains
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Monitor and report on student progress, celebrating achievements and adjusting supports as needed
• Support an inclusive and respectful classroom environment

This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, beginning September 14, 2026, and running through June 4, 2027.
