Ideal candidates will have:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility)
• Background working with students from early childhood through high school, including those with varying disabilities
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to modify curriculum across multiple grade bands (K12), particularly supporting math instruction
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and effective communication with families and educational teams
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments for all students
