Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Endorsement in Math or relevant subject expertise preferred
• Demonstrated experience with differentiated instruction for diverse learners
• Ability to adapt lesson plans for individual education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility in working with students across multiple grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted instruction to students in a variety of grade ranges, including Early Childhood, Kindergarten, and grades 1-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, ensuring each student receives appropriate accommodations and modifications
• Foster an inclusive, engaging classroom environment that prioritizes each students needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student success
• Track and assess student progress, adapting instructional methods as necessary
• Support students socio-emotional development and academic growth
