Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students across elementary grades
• Deliver specialized instruction and interventions tailored to student abilities and goals
• Progress monitor and document student achievement, adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians
• Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions

Role Details:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Serve students across elementary grades K-5 in a friendly and inclusive school community
• Virtual interviews via Zoom with prompt decision-making for fast onboarding
• Contract begins as soon as possible and runs through the end of May 2027
