Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active Special Education teaching license in Michigan
• Experience with various caseloads of students
• Versatility to work in elementary, middle, or high school settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students strengths and areas for growth
• Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with varying academic, social, and behavioral needs
• Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on student progress and program compliance
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to promote student engagement and achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student assessments and goal-setting
