Step into a rewarding and impactful contract position supporting young learners as a Special Education Teacher with Autism Spectrum Disorder Certification. Within an elementary setting, you'll make a difference each day as you work with a small, manageable caseload of seven students in kindergarten and first grade. You'll collaborate closely with two dedicated paraprofessionals, all while benefiting from robust support from both the building and special education teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Special Education Teacher certification
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) certification required
• Experience with early elementary students preferred
• Comfort in managing and differentiating instruction for a small caseload (K-1st grade)
• Ability to work onsite, full time

What Youll Do:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each students unique needs
• Foster a compassionate, inclusive classroom where every child is encouraged and supported
• Work collaboratively with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and other specialists
• Communicate regularly with families to ensure student progress and engagement
• Monitor, document, and report student growth and behavioral data
