Qualifications:

• Current MA Special Education Teaching license qualifying you to teach grades 2-3

• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction in a classroom setting for 2nd and 3rd grade students with varied learning needs
• Manage a caseload of 12-15 students, developing tailored IEPs and regularly assessing progress
• Partner with families, general education teachers, and support staff to coordinate learning interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with all special education laws and guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of an inclusive school culture
