Special Education Teachers Needed in Massachusetts Contract Positions
We are seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to support K-12 students across various classroom settings in Massachusetts. These contract opportunities offer the chance to make a meaningful impact on students educational journeys in diverse learning environments.
Location: Winchendon, MA (and surrounding areas in Massachusetts)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs

- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to ensure educational goals are met
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License is required
- Experience working with students with disabilities across multiple grade levels preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educational teams and families
- Ability to manage caseloads that may vary in size and complexity
