This contract position offers an opportunity to serve as an Onsite Early Childhood Teacher in Wilmington, DE, supporting early childhood special education students. The assignment runs from February 17, 2026, through June 11, 2026, with a work week of 37.5 hours including a 30-minute paid lunch each day.
Key responsibilities include providing specialized instruction tailored to the needs of early childhood students, managing a caseload focused on special education, and collaborating with school staff to promote student growth and development.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid Delaware teaching license in either Special Education or Early Childhood Education; dual licensure in both areas is preferred but not required
- Experience working with early childhood special education students
- Strong knowledge of instructional strategies and individualized education program (IEP) implementation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
