This contract opportunity invites passionate educators to deliver high-quality instruction and individualized support to students with exceptional needsmaking a meaningful difference every day from August 17th, 2026, through May 26th, 2027.

Key Qualifications:
- Current Kentucky Teaching Certification in Special Education
- Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs, preferably in a school environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Effective classroom management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom climate
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual student goals in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and administrators to ensure student progress and success
- Utilize assessment data to modify instruction and provide targeted interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with families and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Deliver engaging, supportive instruction in a fully on-site capacity
