This onsite, full-time contract role focuses on delivering both pull-out and inclusion services to help students achieve their unique learning goals in a supportive school environment near White Rock, NM.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education required
• Valid New Mexico Special Education Teacher certification
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design personalized instruction to address students IEP goals and promote growth
• Establish a positive, structured classroom climate that nurtures academic and behavioral success
• Utilize evidence-based teaching techniques and proactive behavior management tools
• Work collaboratively with general education staff, service providers, school leaders, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Track progress, document interventions, and maintain compliance with all state and federal education requirements
• Engage in IEP meetings, assessments, and routine progress reporting
