What Were Looking For:

• Active Massachusetts Special Education teaching license (required)
• Experience working with students across K-12 settings preferred
• Flexibility to support a variety of classroom types (resource, self-contained, inclusion, etc.)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support tailored to individual student IEPs
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, administrators, and parents on student goals and progress
• Assess student development and maintain thorough documentation
• Foster social, emotional, and academic growth within a supportive classroom setting
