Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instruction to students with varying exceptionalities in small group and individual settings
- Develop and maintain meaningful Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families
- Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to support growth
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and respectful classroom environment
