Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or related field

- Comfortable using technology and adaptive tools for instruction
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and deliver specialized instruction tailored to students IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to create inclusive classroom opportunities
- Assess students progress regularly and adapt interventions as needed
- Communicate with families and caregivers to support student growth
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student achievement and strategies
- Create a safe, respectful classroom that supports emotional and academic growth
