Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state certification in Special Education
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters preferred)

- Strong classroom management and behavioral intervention skills
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of varied learners
- Skilled in working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and related service providers
- Experience with various assistive technologies and instructional strategies for special education populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction based on students IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure inclusive practices
- Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust methodologies as needed
- Engage actively in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and team conferences
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to students, enhancing their confidence and independence
- Foster a safe, encouraging, and respectful environment where all learners feel valued
- Partner with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
