What Youll Bring:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education License (required)

What Youll Do:

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction based on student IEPs
• Create supportive, engaging classroom environments to meet a variety of academic and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and other specialists to optimize student learning
• Maintain meticulous documentation of student progress and compliance with state/federal regulations
• Communicate routinely with families and caregivers, celebrating achievements and addressing challenges
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives as required
