Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Utah Special Education License/Certification (required)
• Experience or training in Life Skills or self-contained classrooms, ideally K-3
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Commitment to individualized, student-focused instruction
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and community partners

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction and interventions for students with diverse abilities
• Develop and implement IEPs, track student progress, and maintain detailed records
• Promote skill-building in academics, communication, and life skills
• Foster a supportive, safe, and inclusive classroom culture
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaboration, and ongoing professional development
