Step into a rewarding role shaping young learners lives in an elementary school environment serving K-2 students. This full-time, onsite opportunity focuses on supporting early learners through specialized instruction within a vibrant school community. Two positions are currently available, each offering 35 hours per week from now through June 10, 2027.

Your expertise in special education will be put to use as you design meaningful, standard-aligned lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to support all learners. Collaboration, compassion, and classroom leadership will be front and center as you work with students, families, and colleagues.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Active Pennsylvania certification or licensure for special education caseloads
• A bachelors degree (required for emergency teaching permit if needed)
• Prior experience working within schools, preferably in an urban setting
• Proficiency in lesson planning, formative assessment, and differentiated instruction
• Strong skills in classroom and behavioral management
• Deep knowledge of relevant subject matter and instructional strategies
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM
• Completion of all required PA clearances prior to start
