Key Qualifications:

• Hold active certification/licensure for your designated caseload
• Demonstrated expertise in special education and mastery of instructional skills
• Bachelor's degree required for emergency teaching permit
• Prior experience working in schools, ideally within an urban environment
• Proven ability in classroom and behavioral management
• Experience developing lesson plans that align with current state and district standards
• Willingness to work onsite without schedule accommodations
• Ability to complete all required Pennsylvania clearances
• Reliable transportation
