Key Qualifications:
- Current Colorado Special Education License (required)
- Experience teaching students with moderate to severe disabilities preferred

Responsibilities:
- Lead an Intensive Resource Room for grades 1st6th, serving six students with disabilities ranging from Down syndrome to non-verbal autism
- Design and deliver individualized instruction that promotes academic, social, and communication growth
- Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals to address daily routines and self-care needs
- Coordinate with OT, SLP, and SSW professionals to ensure well-rounded support through push-in and pull-out services
- Foster a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
