Make a meaningful impact supporting students across K-12th grades in a full-time, onsite contract role for the 26/27 school year. Youll work with learners who have significant cognitive, developmental, and/or behavioral disabilities, playing a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive educational environment.

As a Special Education Teacher, your expertise fosters individual growth and academic achievement for each student you serve.

Desired Qualifications:

• Holds an active Nevada Special Education Teacher certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs
• Provide direct support and implement strategies for students with diverse learning challenges
• Collaborate with general education staff, families, and related service providers
• Develop and maintain individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional techniques accordingly
• Foster a safe, encouraging classroom atmosphere for all students
