Qualifications & Experience:
- Current DC Special Education Teaching license
- Previous experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred
- Familiarity with special education best practices and related compliance standards
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional instructional support to elementary students with diverse learning needs
- Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with fellow educators, families, and support staff to foster inclusive learning environments
- Document progress and report on student outcomes as required
- Participate in virtual, casual panel interviews (immediate openings available)
