Open positions include:

• 1 elementary (K-5) caseload, covering a medical leave (flexible schedule)
• 2 positions working with students in grades 6-12

You'll work at a single school location, focusing your attention and expertise to ensure every learners needs are met. Daily responsibilities will involve adapting lesson plans, managing diverse caseloads, collaborating with staff, tracking progress through programs like Power School and Special Programs, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Ideal candidates should bring:

• Active Michigan Special Education Teacher certification (emergency permits not accepted)
• Availability during school hours with no outside work or commitments during the day
• Previous experience with Power School and Special Programs preferred
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time depending on the caseload and preference
• Dedication to engaging with elementary or secondary students and tailoring instruction to individual need
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
