In this onsite position, you'll support young learners as a Learning Behavior Specialist, providing tailored instruction and strategies to help students reach their fullest potential.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelors degree in teaching from an accredited college or university
• Active Pennsylvania State Special Education Certification K-8 or N12 (required)
• Previous experience with K-5th grade students preferred
• Strong understanding of learning and behavioral differences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs in grades K-5
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and team members
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment to foster student engagement
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Coordinate with general education staff, related service providers, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
